Office Manager, San Francisco, CA


Job Description

  • Meet and greet all guests and clients, answer incoming calls, and interface with all levels of staff.
  • Responsible for maintaining the SF office, and ordering and restocking supplies.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for all vendors.
  • Ensure all office spaces are organized.
  • Order office lunches, plan, and coordinate team events, and happy hours.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars and travel for Associates.


Qualifications

  • 3 + years of office assistant experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Management Consulting required.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills, strong team player, and service-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize around deadlines.
