Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and customer service excellence.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate data entry using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
  • Facilitate communication between clients and staff through effective client communication strategies
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry to ensure operational efficiency

Experience

  • Minimum of two years of office experience in a clerical or administrative role within a professional environment
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software
