Now Hiring : Office Manager - Middlesex

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our Middlesex office and help create an exceptional experience for both our patients and team members.

Position Overview

As the Office Manager, you will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of daily office operations. You'll play a critical role in driving office performance, supporting team development, and ensuring every patient receives a 5-star experience.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management
  • Drive new patient growth through community outreach and collaboration with the marketing team
  • Oversee the office's online reputation and encourage exceptional 5 star patient experiences
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage daily closings, deposits, and month-end reporting in partnership with the Regional Director
  • Address patient and employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Facilitate ongoing staff training and development
  • Maintain optimal provider schedules and doctor-to-patient ratios
  • Lead daily morning huddles and engaging monthly team meetings
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and office supply needs
  • Participate in company initiatives, meetings, and communications
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental management experience required
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Professional, patient-focused, and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using dental software and computer systems (Denticon experience preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds
