HR + People Operations

  • Manage the hiring process: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding process
  • Implement new hire onboarding, while ensuring employees feel supported since before day one
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files with accuracy and discretion
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment support, and employee questions related to benefits and policies
  • Coordinate trainings, learning sessions, and internal communications related to people operations
  • Help plan and execute company events, team outings, and culture-building initiatives

Office Management + Admin Support

  • Oversee day-to-day office needs, supplies, and general organization
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal questions and administrative support
  • Jump in where needed to support a fast-paced, growing team - from data entry, billing, order fulfillment, customer support, and more!
