Job description

Tesoro Technology is seeking a reliable Part-Time Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and help maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment. This part-time role provides a broad range of administrative services and partners closely with company leaders and shared services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient office functionality and coverage during business hours.
  • Maintain high standards of office organization and cleanliness of communal spaces (kitchen, breakroom, reception).
  • Manage office variable expense budgets (e.g., office supplies) and local giving-back budgets/activities.
  • Implement and promote office best practices to support a professional environment.
  • Coordinate and support internal meetings and company town halls as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate office events and employee engagement activities.
  • Solicit, select, and manage local office vendors and suppliers per direction from leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR/shared services to support onboarding for new hires and promotions.
