Yellow Dot, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic-Office Administrator to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU! 


In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner 
  • Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management 
  • Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments 
  • Maintain & update customer records based on interactions 
  • Process invoice payments 
  • Provide information about products and services 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns 
  • Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers 
  • Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position 
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required 
  • Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers 
  • Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion 
  • Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment 
  • Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

This is a Non-Exempt position. 


The physical requirements of this job include: 

  • Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office 
  • Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device. 
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone 
  • Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.  
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds. 
  • Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
