The Opportunity:
To schedule sales appointments and production jobs in response to inquiries gathered via phone, email, and other lead sources; and to provide clerical support to the team.
Your Contribution:
  • Answer phones, relay messages, and enter new prospects into company systems
  • Make appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain company calendar
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate customer/job records in company systems
  • Contact future, present, and past customers via phone and/or email in order to determine overall interest of prospective customers, setting appointments for the sales team or updating customer records with reason(s) for not moving forward
  • Communicate and work with all departments
  • Assist with day-to-day running of the office
  • Other related duties as delegated by the operations manager
About You:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in business development or inside sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with Sales Force CRM software is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous office work experience: answering phones, computer work, filing, organizing, etc.
  • Effective verbal/written communication; strong interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and deal with sensitive issues in a diplomatic manner
  • Able to perform project duties from initiation to completion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Able to work effectively in an environment of changing priorities and goals
Your Reward:
  • 40 hours per week at a minimum of $17 per hour
  • All follow-up sales, Google Reviews, and other forms of driving sales and leads come with commissions and bonuses which could well exceed weekly pay
