Job description

Production Operations Manager

We are conducting a search for a Production Operations Manager for our client in Minnesota. Candidate should have at least 15 years of progressive work experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Food and beverage experience is strongly preferred/required. A consistently strong track record is necessary. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is needed. An ideal candidate would also have experience in process improvement. Candidate also needs excellent floor leadership to work in a challenging environment with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change. This is a full-time, hands-on position. This could be an excellent opportunity to enhance your career personally and professionally. Candidates need union experience and continuous improvement background.
