Beverage Service (Concessions/food sales, beverage cart, grill) $15+ per hour
Are you a friendly and out-going person who loves the golf course atmosphere? If you are, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities will include maintaining and managing an inventory on the cart, high end customer service, responsible alcohol sales, observing golf course customers and reporting issues.
Requirements
Food and Beverage positions will include but not limited to the following items:
* Food prep and short order cooking with grills and fryers demonstrating proper safety practices and following recipes provided by management.
* Focused cleaning of all equipment, kitchen, and service areas
* Provide polite and professional service to all customers and co-workers, Teamwork
* Ordering taking on POS system with menu knowledge
* Accurate cash handling
* Basic bar/beverage work
* Occasionally lifting 25-40 lbs, standing the duration of the shift,
* Always setting the next shift up for success and willingness to help other departments of the golf course as required from management.
