What Will You Do?
  • Act as a central point of communication for managers and head office
  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation for new hires
  • Prepare and submit hourly payroll data; coordinate with HR and payroll
  • Process cash orders, dispersals, and tip reconciliations with accuracy
  • Review invoices, input data into inventory systems, and coordinate transfers
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Assist with administrative needs for events and special initiatives
  • Keep the office organized, professional, and welcoming
  • Ensure team members have the tools, equipment, and support they need to succeed

What You Bring:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in hospitality (multi-unit experience a plus)
  • At least 6 months of payroll processing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (HR/payroll systems an asset)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Discreet, professional, and trusted with confidential information
  • A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
