Future Auto Service, a reputable automotive service provider in Burbank, CA, is seeking a dedicated full-time Office Assistant - Secretary to join our in-office team.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN OFFICE ASSISTANT - SECRETARY
The Office Assistant - Secretary will work full-time from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend hours may be required and will be specified as needed.
In this role, you will begin each day by managing a variety of essential office functions. You will answer incoming phone calls, communicate with warranty and insurance companies, and conduct follow-up calls regarding services. You will also make reminder calls to customers about upcoming appointments and ensure that all customer interactions and notes are recorded with precision. Additionally, you will take intake photos of vehicles as they arrive to maintain accurate records. Your ability to remain organized and attentive to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of the office and a positive experience for our customers.
