The Insurance Placement Consultant plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in supporting TRICOR’s insurance operations. This non-sales position focuses on collaborating with internal sales agents and external insurance carriers to coordinate quotes, facilitate policy placements, and ensure seamless transactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and teamwork in a non-client-facing setting.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate with internal sales agents to receive client information and requirements (25%)
  • Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate terms (25%)
  • Manage proposal preparation, documentation, and carrier follow-up processes (25%)
  • Maintain accurate records in insurance systems and ensure timely data entry and documentation (15%)
  • Support internal teams with questions, issue resolution, and promote TRICOR in the community (10%)
