Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Administrative Support)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team. This role is focused on customer support and administrative work rather than sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
In this position, you will work closely with a small team supporting existing customers by assisting with documentation, answering questions, and helping process coverage updates. You will play an important role in keeping customer records accurate and ensuring all required forms and signatures are completed.
After approximately six months, team members in this role may transition into our Administrative Support Team (AST), which provides administrative assistance across multiple office locations.
Responsibilities:
  • Contact existing customers to obtain returned e-signature documents
  • Assist customers with questions related to policy documents and required forms
  • Explain coverage differences such as uninsured motorist coverage in a clear and helpful way
  • Process certain policy updates and documentation requests
  • Track outstanding documents and follow up with customers as needed
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is completed accurately
  • Work collaboratively with a small support team to assist multiple offices
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining information clearly
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems and e-signature platforms
  • Must obtain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license (required for non-sales insurance support roles)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Someone who enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
  • A reliable and organized professional who can manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
  • Someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry while developing administrative and customer service expertise within a supportive team environment.
