What is a warm leads commission job?

Warm leads commission jobs are sales positions where employees earn a commission by converting 'warm leads'—potential customers who have already shown interest in a product or service—into actual clients. Unlike cold leads, warm leads are more likely to make a purchase, as they have already interacted with the company or expressed interest. In these roles, your compensation is typically based on the number of successful sales you close, rather than a fixed salary. These jobs are common in industries like real estate, insurance, and SaaS, where building relationships and following up with interested prospects is key to success.
