Insurance Sales Advisor - Warm Leads | $75K+ OTE

$75,000+ OTE | $48,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Warm leads. No cold prospecting. Real sales.

Customers come to us when they're actively shopping for home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance coverage. Your job is to understand their needs, guide them through their options, and help them make a confident buying decision.

Insurance experience is not required. Strong sales skills are. We'll teach you the insurance business.

What You'll Do

Customers trust us to help them make smart insurance decisions. You'll be the advisor helping them navigate coverage options and find the right protection for their needs.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for insurance
  • Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs
  • Explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
  • Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution
  • Cross-sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value
  • Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
