Build a Sales Career You Actually Want. Remote, Warm Leads, Real Mentorship.

We are a fast-growing virtual life insurance agency helping families protect what matters most. Our team works 100 percent from home, gets warm inbound leads (no cold calling, ever), and follows a proven path from new rep to agency leadership. If you are motivated, coachable, and ready to take ownership of your income, we want to talk.

What You Will Do

  • Connect with people who have already requested information about life insurance, by phone, text, and Zoom
  • Listen to clients' goals, ask great questions, and recommend the right coverage
  • Walk clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Follow up consistently and build long-term relationships
  • Work closely with a mentor who has done the job and wants you to win
  • Grow into team lead and agency management roles as you hit milestones

Why People Stay

  • 100 percent remote, work from home, set your own schedule within business hours
  • Warm leads provided, no door knocking, no cold lists, no buying your own leads
  • Paid training and full licensing support, we will guide you through getting your state life insurance license
  • Uncapped commission plus residual income, top reps earn into six figures and you set the pace
  • Clear promotion track, move into mentorship and management based on results
  • Supportive team culture with daily coaching and weekly team calls

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for the people you talk to
  • Self-discipline to manage your own day
  • Coachable mindset, you take feedback well and try new things
  • Comfortable on phone, text, and Zoom
  • Reliable internet and a quiet space to take calls
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we walk you through it)
  • Sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus, not required

The Schedule

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for client appointments. Lead flow is strongest during Eastern and Central time zone business hours, so candidates in those time zones tend to ramp fastest.

The Path Forward

Most new reps follow this track: licensing and training (typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on your state), new rep ramp with daily coaching and live calls, senior rep at full commission tier, team lead (mentor and develop new reps, earn overrides), agency management (build and run your own team).

Sound like you? Apply now. Applications are reviewed daily and qualified candidates hear back within 24 hours.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
