Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business through phone calls, networking, and lead sources


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-up calls and excellent customer service


  • Educate customers on the value of insurance coverage and customize policies to fit their needs


  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives


  • Cross-sell and up-sell additional policies, including financial products


  • Seek and encourage referrals from existing clients

Requirements
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (REQUIRED)

  • Minimum 2 years of P&C sales experience within an Allstate Agency (REQUIRED for remote candidates)


  • Proven track record of success in a commission-based sales role


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills


  • Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented


  • Ability to educate clients on the importance of proper insurance coverage


  • Experience working remotely with a dedicated, quiet workspace (if applying for remote position)


  • Life & Health Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)


  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
