Job description

Let me be clear.

This is not an entry-level insurance job.

But it is a place where the right licensed producer can finally win.

B Smart Insurance Group is hiring licensed PC Sales Producers with at least 3+ months of real sales experience who are hungry to improve, coachable, and ready to be part of a team that actually develops talent.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You don’t need to have crushed it everywhere you’ve been.

But you do need the right attitude.

If you’ve written 20–40 items and know you’re capable of more…

If you’ve felt undertrained, under-led, or under-supported…

If you want real coaching, real sales training, and real opportunity…

This might be your place.

At B Smart Insurance:

All leads are provided — no chasing friends or family

You receive hands-on coaching and real sales training

We help producers go from 20–40 items to 60, 80, even 100+

Performance is recognized, tracked, and rewarded

You’re surrounded by people who want to win — together

We don’t sell paper.

We sell certainty, protection, and peace of mind — and we train our producers to do it the right way.

Top performers here can earn up to $200,000 per year — not hypothetically, not eventually — but through execution, discipline, and consistent improvement.

This role is for producers who:

Are licensed and serious about sales

Want coaching, not micromanagement

Believe effort + training = results

Are tired of being stuck and ready to grow

If you’re looking for a winning team, not just another desk…

If you want your production to finally match your potential…

Then let’s talk.
