This is a fully remote role for producers with at least 3+ months of insurance sales experience who are coachable, competitive, and ready to improve. Prior Allstate Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities Handle high daily outbound activity and lead follow-up
Build rapport quickly with prospective clients and uncover coverage needs through effective discovery conversations
Present and recommend Allstate insurance solutions with confidence and professionalism
Consistently follow up on internet leads, quote opportunities, x-dates and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain strong activity levels, pipeline management, and sales discipline throughout the workday
Work closely with leadership and coaching support to improve closing ratios, objection handling, and production results
Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to a competitive, team-oriented sales culture
Deliver excellent customer experience while helping clients protect what matters most
Requirements Active Florida 2-20 Insurance License or ability to obtain a Florida Non-Resident P&C License before starting
Minimum 3+ months of insurance sales experience
Previous experience selling personal lines insurance products such as auto, home, renters, or umbrella policies
Strong communication skills and confidence handling high daily phone activity
Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn, improve, and follow proven sales systems
Competitive mindset and motivation to achieve production goals
Ability to build rapport quickly and create trust with prospective clients
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Experience using CRM systems, comparative raters, or insurance agency software preferred
