Seeking Allstate Agents - Full Time, Hybrid Position. Our Allstate agency is seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast-paced sales department. Responsibilities
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
  • Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
