Job Highlights
  • Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels in a remote work environment 
  • Apply insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions across Allstate's product portfolio 
  • Utilize a proven sales strategy to influence purchase decisions and convert prospects into customers 
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality business production 
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including sales production, time management, and adherence to sales processes 

Candidate Profile
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in your state of residence (or willingness to earn) is preferred 
  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus 
  • Ability to work weekends and nights is required 
  • Applicants must have reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in the home (Allstate will provide all equipment) 
  • Relevant soft skills include high stress tolerance, critical thinking, openness to coaching and feedback, strong communication skills, and accountability

  • Reimbursement of Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License exam and fees upon approval 
  • Pay differentials may apply for Spanish/English bilingual employees
