Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Allstate Sales Producer who is motivated, reliable, and ready to work hard as part of a team.

This isn't a job where you simply clock in and wait for opportunities. We want someone who shows up with intention, gives 100%, and takes pride in what they accomplish each day.

You'll spend a lot of time on the phone, so outbound dialing stamina is important. You need to be able to have one conversation after another while keeping your energy and attitude strong.

Great salespeople also know that every customer is different. We want someone who can listen, adapt, get creative, overcome objections, and find a way to earn the sale.

We expect hard work—but we recognize and reward it. You'll be part of a team where your contribution matters, your wins are celebrated, and your effort is valued.

Responsibilities

Make consistent, high-volume outbound sales calls

Quote and sell Allstate Auto, Home, and bundled insurance

Build rapport and identify customer needs

Adapt your approach to different customers and conversations

Manage your pipeline and stay organized

Work toward individual and team sales goals

Bring a positive, dependable attitude to the team

Requirements

3+ years of Allstate sales experience preferred

Active Property Casualty license

Proven success with outbound dialing

Strong phone and closing skills

High energy and the stamina to handle consistent call volume

Creative and able to think on your feet

Reliable and dependable

Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude

Coachable and team-oriented

Willing to work hard and take ownership of your results
