Your Day To Day

Our salon receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. From the moment a client walks through the door to their final interaction before leaving, receptionists make every part of the S+B salon experience welcoming, smooth, and seamless. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering the best client experience.

Receptionist Responsibilities
  • Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
  • Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
  • Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
  • Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
  • Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment.
