Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator

Job Description

Patient Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, greeting patients and handling all customer inquiries with professionalism.
Complex Scheduling: Manage the orthodontic calendar, coordinating appointments across multiple providers and office locations.
Administrative Support: Perform medical administrative tasks, including managing patient records and processing orthodontic documentation.
Office Coordination: Facilitate smooth daily operations by communicating effectively between the clinical team and the patients.
Financial Assistance: Support patients with check-in/check-out procedures and basic administrative billing inquiries.
Multi-Location Support: Travel and work effectively across our main office and two satellite locations to ensure consistent service.

Salary Range

Full-time $23 - $28 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM.
Variable Shifts: One late night per week (until 8:00 PM) and occasional early morning starts.
Weekend Status: Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in medical administrative support or a high-volume reception role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient interaction.
Organization: Proven ability to manage medical scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability: Valid documentation and ability to travel to all three office locations as required.
