Family Orthodontics of the Palm Beaches is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience from the moment families walk through our doors.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for all front office functions and plays a key role in ensuring that our patients and their families remain our number one priority.

Qualifications:ย 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous orthodontic front desk experience is required.
  • Previous dental front office experience is also required.
  • Experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination support, and patient account management.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and teammates.
  • Ability to travel between multiple office locations if needed.
