UCF Health Lake Nona Clinic Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing phone calls, providing patient and physician support/services in an efficient and friendly manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collects copayments, deductibles, and other office visit charges.
- Screens phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Takes messages and provides information, answers questions regarding patient appointments
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
