Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager, New Product Development to lead cross-functional teams through our Stage Gate Product Development Process and successfully deliver new products from concept through launch. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring projects meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple new product development projects simultaneously from problem definition through launch.
  • Drive execution of the Stage Gate development process, ensuring milestone achievement and budget compliance.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement recovery plans when needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Codes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, maintain accountability for deliverables, and provide regular project status updates.
  • Prepare phase gate deliverables, support product launches, and conduct post-launch reviews.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, R&D, or a related role utilizing predictive project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Stage Gate processes, product development lifecycles, risk management, and project planning.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software; Wrike experience is a plus.
  • CAPM or similar project management certification preferred.
