Position Specific Description

The Director, Product Strategy & Business Enablement is a senior, executive‑facing role responsible for shaping high‑impact SaaS solutions that support the operational and strategic needs of NextEra Energy. This role exists to ensure business priorities, operational realities, and executive expectations are translated into clear, outcome‑driven product direction.

Partnering directly with Directors and VPs, this role bridges business strategy and product delivery by defining capability‑based roadmaps, guiding Product Managers on what problems to solve and why, and owning executive‑level communication around product value.

This role requires a startup mindset—comfort with ambiguity, speed, and ownership—paired with the judgment and executive presence needed to operate effectively at enterprise scale. The Director operates within NextEra Analytics (NEA), NextEra Energy’s AI‑driven SaaS and innovation hub, combining the pace of an internal startup with the impact of a Fortune 500 enterprise.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing product management, customer success, marketing and financial operations. The position directly manages the product team and is responsible for the software product roadmap and strategy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages the software QA team including overseeing functional testing, automated test development, roadmap and general QA processes
  • Supports the creation of all support and operations processes and oversees the quality of support delivered
  • Oversees new lead development and analytics
  • Manages data analytics, sales and revenue reporting, and all product reporting and insights
  • Performs other job‑related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 10+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 4+ years
