Job description

DariFill, a growing company, is looking for new product development engineers to research, design, and develop new products to augment our offerings and maintain our competitive edge in the dairy product filling industry.

Key responsibilities include conducting experiments, analyzing data, creating prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams (like marketing and operations), creating documentation, and ensuring products meet quality standards. We are looking for engineers with strong technical expertise, analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to apply new methods and technologies.

Duties include:

  • Research and Analysis: Gathering information, data, and samples to identify opportunities for innovation and understand existing technologies.
  • Design and Development: Creating and designing new products, processes, and technologies.
  • Prototyping: Developing and testing prototypes to validate new concepts and designs.
  • Testing and Validation: Conducting experiments and tests to ensure products meet performance criteria and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Recording research findings, design details, support documents, and testing protocols.
  • Collaboration: Working with other engineers, management, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigating and resolving product or process issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that designs and processes meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with aseptic equipment is a plus.
  • Travel: Infrequent travel may be necessary for field research.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, mechanical or electrical mechanical is required.

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in an engineering role developing complex mechanical equipment, preferably in the food processing industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and SolidWorks is preferred.
