The Opportunity
This position works out of our Princeston, New Jersey location in the Core Diagnostics Division.

As the Sr. Design Product Development Engineer, you'll have the chance toDesign Hardware and Electrical Components in Medical Devices.

  • Under general direction, has duties of instructing and checking the work of other design engineers.
    Responsible for designing new products and processes and improving and maintaining existing products.

  • May conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable

  • Communicates with the other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.

  • May act as internal consultant providing technical guidance on most complex projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in EE or similar area of expertise.

  • Min 10 years' experience in electrical / electronic engineering in circuit/PCBA design, EMC, Wireless and Product Safety testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of experience with medical devices

  • FDA Device Regulatory experience

  • Experience working in regulated environment/quality systems
