Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Design / Product Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and validation, preferably within the medical device or equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating mechanical components while supporting the full product development lifecycle from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze mechanical blueprints and technical drawings
  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for medical equipment
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Perform design validation, testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality
  • Support product development from concept through production and implementation
  • Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
  • Document design processes, validation results, and technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product engineering
  • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical design, drafting, and validation
  • Good understanding of engineering principles and product development lifecycle
