Flexe is looking for a Network Development Manager who will focus on onboarding new warehousing partners to the Flexe Network. They'll lead communications with new operators, ensuring a quality and timely onboarding experience, while capturing the detailed attribute and capability data to set them up for success with Flexe. This role will also be a key contributor to improving the onboarding and network maintenance functions, as Flexe builds improved products specifically for these steps.
This will be a temporary short-term contract to start, with potential of converting to FTE.
Job Responsibilities
[40%] Lead Facilitator of Operator Onboarding
  • Utilize multiple communication methods to connect with operators interested in joining the network, explain the Flexe network model, vet operator capabilities, and guide them through onboarding activities
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for prospective operators
  • Facilitate execution of Flexe:operator legal agreements
  • Capture accurate account, contact and facility information during onboarding
  • Monitor engagement post-onboarding

[30%] Warehouse Portal - Engagement Driver & Launch Support
  • Contribute to drafting and delivering pre-launch and ongoing communications that drive awareness and understanding
  • Directly incentivize engagement with tools and population of attribute sets, while contributing to scalable incentives to drive this holistically
  • Act as trainer, and address any questions or concerns arising from use of the portal
  • Monitor & report on data completion, accuracy, and timeliness of updates within the portal
  • Deliver, and execute on, recommendations to improve operator experience and internal KPIs

[20%] Network Development & Support
  • Proactive engagements with a target set of 3PL operators, with the intent to gain buy-in and execute successful onboardings
  • Support of Network Development 'sourcing' activities, conducting supplemental sourcing as needed
  • Act as primary point of contact for general inquiries from network operators regarding Flexe, utilizing internal resources to deliver helpful responses
  • Develop general competencies with Flexe's suite of proprietary and 3rd party tools
  • Contribute to improving artifacts, processes, and products tied to all job responsibilities

[10%] Referral Projects - Program Facilitation
  • Engage with internal teams and the network to advance referral projects, as needed
  • Utilize Flexe tools to drive visibility and speed of outcome for all parties
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years experience in Supply Chain, ideally with specific 3PL Warehousing experience
  • Knowledge of distribution and fulfillment warehouse operations required
  • Ability to credibly interface with warehouse leaders on a tactical/operational level
  • Excellent communication skills in a remote environment: leading video conferences and driving projects forward via email, as examples
  • Proficiency in Office, principally Excel and PowerPoint or Google suite principally Sheets and Slides
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction. We will not be sponsoring visas for this role at this time
  • This is a hybrid position in Flexe's Seattle HQ Tue-Thu most weeks.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degrees in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Experience with 3PL services agreements and procurement preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Experience with WMS, ERP and TMS systems preferred

The salary range for this role is $86,000 to $121,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen.
