Working Title: Recruiting Assistant, Duke Football

Position Summary: Duke University Athletics is seeking a qualified candidate to assist with the Duke Football Recruiting department. The candidate would be responsible for assisting with recruiting operations. This part-time benefits ineligible position will conclude by the end of June 2026.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience working with a football program either as a student or intern.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

Effective written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and problem solving skills needed

The scope of this position requires weekend, evening and possible holiday hours

Thrive in fast paced environment, possess a keen attention to details, and ability to multi-task

Be Bold.

Essential Functions:

Provide support with official and unofficial visits

Provide support with the daily office duties for the recruitment personnel

Provide Support for Duke Summer Football Programming and Events

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the recruiting team.
