Position Overview
Capstone Search Partners is expanding, and weโ€™re looking for a senior-level Recruiting Leader who is ready to take full control of their success. This is an internal opportunity for a Recruiting Director who wants true autonomy, ownership of their book of business, and the ability to fully benefit from the revenue they generate. If youโ€™re ready to step away from rigid structures and start enjoying the rewards of your hard work, this is your moment. This person will report to the Partner & VP of Recruiting.
At Capstone, youโ€™re not just filling roles, youโ€™re building your own success. We remove the barriers so you can focus on what you do best: recruiting, closing, and growing your income.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle legal recruiting across legal and professional services
  • Collaborate with the team to fill jobs and maintain a robust book of business
  • Build and manage your own client and candidate relationships
  • Drive business development and grow your individual desk
  • Execute strategic searches within legal and professional services markets
  • Maintain a high standard of discretion and confidentiality in all searches
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, entrepreneurial recruiting team
What Makes This Role Different
  • Keep your own fees โ€“ directly benefit from the revenue you generate
  • True autonomy โ€“ no unnecessary constraints or micromanagement
  • Entrepreneurial environment โ€“ operate like a business owner, not an employee
  • 100% remote โ€“ work from anywhere with flexibility
  • Established brand โ€“ leverage Capstoneโ€™s reputation in national recruiting
Ideal Profile
  • Experienced Legal Recruiter (agency or in-house with strong placement exposure)
  • Proven track record of successful placements and business development
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated by performance-based earnings and independence
