Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Recruitment for our healthcare staffing agency in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time, in-person position during standard business hours. The Director of Recruitment will take full ownership of an established recruiting department, leading a tenured team of recruiters, managing job boards and candidate databases, and driving placement volume across our client network.

Qualifications of the Director of Recruitment:

- 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with at least 2 years leading a team

- Proven experience managing job boards, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases

- Healthcare or high-volume agency staffing background strongly preferred

- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop tenured team members

- Comfort with full hiring authority, including performance management decisions

Responsibilities of the Director of Recruitment:

- Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team on a day-to-day basis

- Own job board strategy, database management, and candidate pipeline health

- Set and track placement targets, holding the team accountable to them

- Make hiring and performance decisions for the department

- Serve as the primary point of ownership for recruiting operations, reporting directly to the owner
