Job Description National Sales Engineer Illinois or Pennsylvania Remote with National Travel GRS Recruiting has partnered with a well-established flow control manufacturer to identify a National Sales Engineer. This is a specification-focused sales role supporting engineers and design professionals across a national territory. The position offers the opportunity to represent differentiated technology within mission-critical applications while working for a growing, stable organization.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with engineering firms and technical decision-makers across the U.S. Promote product specifications through technical presentations, meetings, and consultations. Conduct in-person and virtual lunch-and-learns, trainings, and product demonstrations

Support engineers with system design input, product selection, and specification language. Collaborate internally with sales, engineering, and leadership to support long-term growth. Requirements Background in sales engineering, technical sales, or application engineering.

Experience working with engineers or influencing product specifications. Knowledge of HVAC, hydronic systems, flow control, or related mechanical systems. Strong presentation and communication skills with technical audiences.
