This position involves direct supervision of unit managers, regular travel between units, and the use of centralized management software to monitor performance. The Multi Unit Manager focuses on enhancing customer experience, managing budgets, and fostering team development with an opportunity to progress into senior management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple units to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Lead and support unit managers to achieve performance goals
  • Manage budgets and financial performance for each unit
  • Enhance customer experience through consistent service standards
