Multi-unit Restaurant Operations Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-unit Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar/tap rooms in Orange County, CA. As a Multi-unit Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the business. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Operations Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute all bar operations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and controlling costs.
• Create and maintain an appealing bar atmosphere and ambiance.
2. Staff Supervision and Training:
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff and management, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance staff productivity and morale.
