A nation wide Food and Beverage services company is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a new upscale/fine dining club near the Hollywood Palladium


Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

-Salary aproximately $85-$90k DOE

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

-2 years of fine dining restaurant leadership experience

-Profit and Loss proficiency

-Elevated knowledge of spirits and cocktail programs a plus

-Ability to serve/entertain prominent clientele.


Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

-2+ years of fine dining experience

-ServSafe certification

-Level 1 WSET would be a huge plus
