We are a high-performing Club Pilates operator focused on delivering a premium client experience while driving strong membership growth across a small portfolio of studios. Our success is built on disciplined sales execution, consistent follow-up, and a team that is accountable to results.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Multi-Unit Sales Manager to directly oversee and drive sales performance across 2-3 studio locations. This role is responsible for owning revenue results at the studio level, coaching sales teams, and ensuring consistent execution of proven systems that convert leads into long-term members.
This is a highly hands-on role-you will be actively involved in day-to-day sales activities, working inside the studios, closing memberships, and holding teams accountable to performance metrics.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and knows how to lead from the front-setting the standard for sales performance while developing strong, accountable teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive revenue and membership growth across 2-3 studios
• Lead, coach, and hold front desk teams accountable to daily sales activity and performance metrics
• Ensure consistent execution of the Club Pilates sales process:
  • Lead response time
  • Booking Intro classes
  • Show rate
  • Close rate
• Actively manage and follow up on leads through calls, texts, and CRM systems
• Set the standard by personally closing memberships and driving in-studio sales activity
• Track and improve key KPIs, including:
  • Lead-to-book %
  • Show %
  • Close %
  • Net membership growth
  • EFT (monthly recurring revenue)
• Partner with instructors and studio teams to support client experience and retention
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive new leads and traffic
Build and maintain B2B partnerships within the local community (corporate offices, residential buildings, wellness providers, and local businesses) to drive referrals, events, and membership growth
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships that generate consistent lead flow, including hosting offsite events, corporate wellness offerings, and cross-promotions
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of multi-unit sales management experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing KPIs and using CRM systems
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and accountable
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed
