Job description

Simcoe, Ontario | Reports to Director of Operations
You've built your career in dental. Now lead a region that matches your ambition.
If you're a Regional Manager who has successfully run a multi-clinic portfolio and you're ready for a new challenge - or a Practice Manager who has built and led a high-volume, complex operation and you're ready to scale your impact across multiple sites - we want to talk.
Our group operates 35 clinics across Canada, with a strong and expanding presence in Simcoe, Ontario - and we're looking for someone who lives in or near the city, so they can lead their clinics with presence, not a commute.
What You'll Own
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll carry full accountability for clinical performance, patient experience standards, and Practice Manager development across your portfolio. You'll work within a proven operational framework while bringing the on-the-ground leadership that makes the difference between a good clinic and a great one. Understanding clinic financials, coaching your teams, and driving performance consistency across locations will be at the center of what you do every day.
Who We're Looking For
You're the right person if you've done at least one of these well:
  • Led a multi-clinic dental portfolio and delivered consistent results across locations
  • Managed a large, high-volume practice with complex scheduling, staffing, and operational demands - and you're ready to multiply that impact across multiple sites
  • Turned around a clinic - staffing, culture, performance, or all three
What we need from you: 3-5+ years in dental practice management, an understanding of clinic financials and what drives performance, comfort across multiple practice management software platforms, and the ability to travel regularly across Downtown Toronto and the GTA.
What's In It For You
  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to regional results
  • Direct visibility with senior leadership - your impact will be seen and recognized
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • The opportunity to lead at scale within one of Canada's growing dental groups

Ready to lead at the next level?
We're looking for operators who are serious about their craft and ready to take on a portfolio that reflects that. If that's you, we'd love to connect.

Apply today and take the next step in your dental leadership career.
