As the RN Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

What You Need
  • Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered based on experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • This is a salaried/exempt position.
