Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team at Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center in Oxford, North Carolina. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and overseeing the delivery of exceptional patient care on our skilled nursing unit. About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
