Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our Smithfield team. The ideal candidate has restaurant management or shift leader experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working alongside a team to create great customer experiences. This role supports the General Manager with daily operations, staff leadership, and ensuring consistent quality of service and food.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
  • Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
