The Restaurant Line Cook plays a vital role in preparing and cooking Dominican cuisine within a medium-sized kitchen team. This position requires proficiency with a variety of cooking equipment, including grills, stoves, fryers, and ovens. The role involves working special shifts, including nights and weekends, while maintaining high standards for food quality and kitchen sanitation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Dominican dishes to menu specifications
  • Maintain quality control to ensure food meets restaurant standards
  • Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies
  • Set up and organize assigned station before service
