Dishwasher
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment. You will also be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, supporting a safe and enjoyable dining environment for our guests. You'll help maintain a smooth kitchen operation, allowing chefs and servers to focus on delivering excellent service.
Pay rate: $14/hour.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe workstation
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures according to Health department standards.
  • Thoroughly clean station on a daily basis at completion of shift and any other assigned cleaning projects

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of dishwashing/sanitation experience is preferred.
  • General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of back-of-the-house operations, is preferred.
