ResponsibilitiesCreate Your Own ScheduleOur PRN Flex Pool puts you in control:
- 8-hour or 16-hour shifts
- Minimum of 5 shifts per month
- Must work in at least two different Lorien facilities

GNA ResponsibilitiesAs a PRN Flex Pool Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Accurately document care in EMR/EHR systems (PCC experience preferred)
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings
QualificationsTo join the Lorien PRN Flex Pool, you'll need:
- Active Maryland CNA I (GNA) license
- Out-of-state CNAs are eligible for Maryland endorsement reimbursement
- 2+ years of direct GNA experience
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Reliable, professional communication
- Call-outs must be made directly to the facility
