Responsibilities
Create Your Own Schedule
Our PRN Flex Pool puts you in control:
  • 8-hour or 16-hour shifts
  • Minimum of 5 shifts per month
  • Must work in at least two different Lorien facilities
Perfect for GNAs seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or professional variety.
GNA Responsibilities
As a PRN Flex Pool Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you will:
  • Provide direct resident care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Accurately document care in EMR/EHR systems (PCC experience preferred)
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings
Qualifications
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.
To join the Lorien PRN Flex Pool, you'll need:
  • Active Maryland CNA I (GNA) license
    • Out-of-state CNAs are eligible for Maryland endorsement reimbursement
  • 2+ years of direct GNA experience
  • Current BLS or CPR certification
  • Reliable, professional communication
    • Call-outs must be made directly to the facility
