DUNKIN' DONUTS MULTI-UNIT MANAGERS - FULL-TIME positions available.
The Multi-Unit Manager role is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for Dunkin' restaurants within a defined geographic region. In addition, this individual will develop marketing plans, assist in growing new business, and will ensure that all reporting operations adhere to the overall Company mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting expectations.
Essential Functions:
• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
• Ensures products are consistent with brand quality standards
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Oversees the profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory,
managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Responsible for the growth and development of Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew
Members
• Oversees recruiting, interviewing, training, motivation, evaluation and termination of team members
• Administers and adheres to all company policies
• Oversees inquiries from all customers and employees
• Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and arranges for repairs, contracts and other services
• Oversees the plans and implements work schedules
Qualifications, Experience, Education and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role in restaurant chain environment with responsibility for multiple
locations and operations
• Budgeting and P&L management experience
• Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
• Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to empower others
• Be committed to leading with integrity, setting the example, and promoting our culture throughout the region
• Ability to analyze problems, reports, identify solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement
recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management and
customers
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and produce under pressure
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must have excellent team building and interpersonal skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills required
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Knowledge of food and labor cost
• Enjoys working with people
• Ability to create a fun environment for customers and staff
• Self-motivated and highly energetic
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Serv-Safe certification required
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Regional travel is required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
