Job Summary:
M&F Bank, a historic cornerstone of North Carolina's communities, is seeking a passionate mid-level IT Project Analyst to help shape the next chapter of their legacy. In this role, you will lead internal IT projects, serve as a liaison between departments, and drive business process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead internal IT projects from initiation through completion, including effective coordination with vendors.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business departments, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure projects deliver real business value.
• Manage timelines, testing, implementation, and clear documentation.
• Drive business process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and the customer/employee experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of progressive IT experience.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication and documentation skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.
Preferred:
• Experience in banking or other regulated environments.
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Planner for project management.
• Familiarity with Intune, security tools, or PowerShell.
• Experience with SharePoint Online intranet implementation.
• Enthusiasm for AI assistants and modern productivity tools.
