Job description

We are looking for an accomplished technology leader to guide enterprise systems, engineering functions, and operational performance in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role will shape a practical long-range technology direction that supports business goals, strengthens reliability, and advances secure, scalable delivery across the organization. The position partners closely with executive leadership to turn strategic priorities into executable plans while building a culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and measurable improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute a technology roadmap that aligns systems, platforms, and architecture with organizational objectives and future growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, infrastructure, operations, quality assurance, database administration, and technical project delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day technology operations to ensure stable performance, service continuity, and responsive support across critical environments.
• Establish technical standards, governance practices, and delivery frameworks that improve consistency, security, and scalability.
• Direct application development and architectural decisions to support maintainable solutions and efficient product delivery.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, backup, and access management practices to protect systems, data, and business operations.
• Guide infrastructure, network, and hardware strategy, including configuration management and ongoing platform optimization.
• Partner with senior leadership to convert business priorities into actionable initiatives, resource plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement across technology functions.

• Must have experience leading network infrastructure and service desk team

• Experience leading an organization of 50+

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in information technology, including oversight of multiple technical disciplines.

• Demonstrated success leading software development, infrastructure, operations, and architecture teams in a complex environment.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, backup technologies, and enterprise hardware management.

• Experience with Cisco technologies, configuration management practices, and Azure DevOps tools.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, system reliability, and operational risk management.

• Ability to translate business strategy into technology plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build teams, drive accountability, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
