Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a MIcrosoft Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for supporting our growing Microsoft business and provide operational and technical continuity across customer environments. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Microsoft Partner Center, experience opening and managing Microsoft support tickets, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $35/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 8am-5pm
  • Located in Houston, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Open, manage, and escalate Microsoft support tickets (CSP, licensing, technical)
  • Manage, support, and update Microsoft licenses and renewals (M365, Azure)
  • Provide support for CSP and managed services customers
  • Coordinate with Microsoft support teams for escalation and resolution
  • Organize and host Quarterly Business Review customer meetings
  • Translate customer issues into Microsoft support cases

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft Partner Center
  • Experience opening and managing Microsoft support tickets
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and managed services environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Background with Microsoft-focused MSP or CSP (preferred)
